AI Strategy Sessions are paid in full at the time of online booking. Implementation Sprints require a 50% deposit to schedule, with the balance due on completion. Travel costs (mileage, parking, tolls, and accommodation where needed) are estimated in your quote and billed at cost: for Implementation Sprints, only when the work is outside the GTA; for on-site Team Workshops, wherever the workshop is held. Team Workshops are paid in full to confirm the date. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Canadian dollars; HST is added where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe — I never see or store full card numbers.

If you attend your full Strategy Session and don't feel you received practical value, tell me within 7 days and I'll make it right — either a follow-up session or a refund, at my discretion.
My services are education and advisory. I recommend third-party software; I am not responsible for third-party tools, their pricing or outages. AI output must always be reviewed by a qualified person — especially for estimates, contracts, engineering and health & safety documents. Nothing I provide is legal, engineering or financial advice.
Anything you share with me (drawings, bids, pricing, documents) is kept confidential and used only to deliver your service. I'll sign your NDA on request. I do not upload your documents to AI tools that train on customer data.
I collect only what's needed to book, deliver and bill your service: name, company, email, phone, and the information you choose to share. Booking is handled by Cal.com and payments by Stripe, each under their own privacy policies. I don't sell or rent your information. You may request access to or deletion of your information at any time by emailing . I handle personal information in line with Canada's PIPEDA.
If you book or contact me, I may send service-related emails. I send marketing emails only with your consent, and every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
